Courses of Fire
ILEA conducts a variety of Firearms trainings. Depending on your purpose, you may be required to qualify on the following courses.
The Handgun Qualification courses of fire have been updated.
Beginning July 1st, 2024, the new In-Service Course (dated 2024), the previous In-Service Course, and the Handgun Marksmanship Course will all be authorized for agency use until July 1st, 2025. After that date, only the 2024 In-Service Course will be authorized for agency qualifications.
Beginning July 1st, 2024, only the new Low-Light Qualification Course (dated 2024) will be authorized for low-light qualifications.
